My date for the beginning of the band concert. Conrad joined us for the first part of the concert and then he and Kaden left for hockey and when Kezia finished driver's ed, she joined me for the remainder of the concert.

Today we had our first parent meeting and jersey fitting. It's ironic that the community club we are playing for had a huge fire in Spring and yet out of all of the things that were damaged the old, ripped, stained jerseys were in a part of the club that escaped damage.

I've been so thankful that Kiandra has chosen to spend her Tuesday afternoons at school with my Grade 1 class. Today she helped cut out our "check for understanding" check marks which will be used as a comprehension tool for my awesome readers.
